  • You say to take twice as much magnesium as calcium & I learned(for bone health) the proper ratio is twice as much calcium as magnesium & that taking calcium without magnesium causes a magnesium deficiency & visa versa.So, I am not going to take twice as much magnesium as calcium because if I get osteoporosis in my hip joint & ,therefore, break my hip one day then,I am as good as dead as I have no one to take care of me & no in home insurance,ect.& I have pets to take care of,also.
