Hi, what type of strings would you recommend for an upgrade from the generic type? Are Evah Parazi strings good? (bad spelling, sorry)

Hi veganroxs, I have several violins and use different types of strings on many of them. I'm looking for a string that compliments the natural voice of the violin. Experimenting can get expensive! That said, I still like Dominant strings the best and have used them since the early 80's.
