Only when you already got a cleared file on pro mode, as with all other unlocked weapons.

this is a tip; at 3:00 you can use a rocket luncher insteed of Dynamite save alot pof time and ammo.....

@manofgod30 Infinite Rocket Launcher is an weapon for people who doesn't know how to play and its really more fun to use then the Chicago Typewriter! And its not that hard to get the Handcannon. I have beeten the Mercenaries in 2 days.

i wonder if it's possible to get both of the gigantes at once with the lever.

Unfortunately, it's not. I tried it several times, both Gigantes stood on the platform, yet only 1 drowns, because this is the only cutscene the game features. The second Gigante is left intact.

What's more fun: Shooting those Gigantes, or make one take a good and hot bath... I prefer the second method ;-) I'm fully aware of the Handcannon's firepower.

First: This is the GC version, so your second question is obsolete.

Second: When the Handcannon is maxed, it has infinite ammo.
