I've never heard this band before. The album cover caught my eye in the related videos section while I was listening to ISIS. I listened for a bit, and then said to myself, without realizing it at first, "My God, this is amazing."

@ISISbandLive - through silver in blood & times of grace, in my opinion they remain the bands best recordings the album with Jarboe is also excellent. all their work has an edge of its own so dont take my word for it ;)
I'd start with "Souls At Zero", then "A Sun That Never Sets", then "Enemy of the Sun", then "The Eye of Every Storm", then "Through Silver In Blood". Bouncing around with those albums out of chronology will truly make you appreciate what these aural juggernauts are capable of.

I love neurosis. THey build songs out of sound, blaring walls of it, and aren't over focused on being the fastest band. And the singing style has always been versatile.
i hate it when people think slow music is boring, they are mindless fools. this kinda music actually takes you on a journey. The only uber fast band i listen to atm is napalm death (early) and only cause it has like a slight industrial sound that goes down well with my listening tastes atm.

I love neurosis. THey build songs out of sound, blaring walls of it, and aren't over focused on being the fastest band. And the singing style has always been versatile.

i hate it when people think slow music is boring, they are mindless fools. this kinda music actually takes you on a journey. The only uber fast band i listen to atm is napalm death (early) and only cause it has like a slight industrial sound that goes down well with my listening tastes atm.
