Not everyone lives in America. In other countries it is a fairly new thing. Most countries get your American stock 6+ months later, because of legal issues.

Well, yeah, it's a normal DS Lite Black...
I noticed it when I watched it for the second time... The cartridge is there, just hidden...
Also, the DSi came out at the same time in Europe and America, at least for my country...
About the game itself... It's better than I thought... Pretty nice songs and interesting gameplay... 7/10
well every ds lite comes with a cap to close the slot 2 so dust wont get in when you dont have a game in slot 2
