  • Realistically this movie is more profound and entertaining than The Godfather parts 1 and 2 and should probably rank above it whenever they do those polls of best ever films.

  • @cryostatis77 The trouble is, parents (like mine) always saw this film as two waster dudes who were messing around, not realising that if you look past the idiocy, the film has real genius!! And such a great ending!!

  • Go Bill and Ted!

  • I seriously just figured out the minor Oedipal complex lol...How did bills mother know what it meant lol

  • @coolerthanicecream1 i was about to say the exact same thing

  • I miss this times when Hollywood brought us these great pictures.

  • One of the most underrated movies of all time. Absolutely amazing!

  • they did not know that a score was 20 years

  • @NerdBryant64 Not necessarily. A score just means 20

  • @femoman "Four score and ten refers to years. A 'score' is twenty, so four of them would be 80, plus ten, it's 90. The term 'score' was used in the bible and in famous speeches." this was copied from ansers.com.

  • I seriously never noticed that everyone had pudding. XD

  • Education needs to be more like this.

  • I just noticed everyone in the school has a lighter.

  • @HandsomeDynamite Back in the 80s when schools were cool

  • @HandsomeDynamite a lot of smokers.

  • Excellent.

  • Who wrote the music to this? It still kicks ass!

  • @tommylehman

Its 'walk away' by Bricklin, dude!

  • bogus journey was better

  • 6 dudes treat others like crap and hate to party on

  • Epic school report

  • Are you kidding me Sigmund Freud he was banished from any credibility because he was a coke head, I can't believe they would even tolerate him in any movie as a respectable legend. Not that I don't like him I'm just saying we live under government that don't allow studies conducted by scientist under the influence when in fact it should be preferred because drugs induce the truth. Sigmund discovered coke as a very good anesthesia because it increased the coagulation, he was disregarded.

  • how could you cut socraits, like sand through the hour glass so are the days of our lives.

  • I don't think it's gonna work...

  • This movie has a lot of what things should be like. The war from the past can be summed up in just getting together with music. Its genius!

  • part 1 is so much better than 2

  • XD Just gotta minor Oedipal complex. Nice.

  • @Bard666 I feel nostalgic. Very encouraging movie for a 12 year old

  • Most triumphant

  • Possibly the greatest acheivment in american motion picture history.

  • @MrMas61

I'm glad you can see it too, this film spells out much to the dissilusioned communities of today.... It is a synthesis of the primary facets of our humanity

  • @jacobbengali1 Amen

  • @MrMas61 You mean the most excellent achievement.

  • "Be Excellent to each other and.......... PARTY ON DUDES!!!".

  • The people in the school still likely thought it could be a prop effect, and anyway the guy is dressed as a cowboy so no one will figure him to be a crazed gunman. There was violence and guns in the late 80s, but it was 10 years before Columbine so people would not have freaked out AS MUCH. Anyway, the real question is why Bill and Ted thought it was a good idea to pick up a murderer like Billy the Kid, Billy is famous for KILLING people,...not to mention Napolean and Ghenghis Khan.

  • @gothatway09 The real quiestion is why you are questioning the reason in this movie.

  • Hasn't anyone wondered how a strange man dressed as a cowboy draws a loaded gun in a high school auditorium full of students and teachers and fires it, clearly showing everyone that it's real...and no one bats an eye, screams in fear, runs for their lives, or tries to stop him? Now that's Hollywood.

Still, the report's the best scene in the movie, but I've always wondered about Billy's gunfire in a school.

  • 2:11 is that ted from Scrubs?

  • LOL Beethoven likes Bon Jovi.

  • "So-crates!"

  • guys, do you know who played the instrumental theme in background???

  • @Kiske84

At the beginning its a instrumental version of Bricklin - Walk Away . then when it goes to when you see ted on the bed it ends. the next song is Glen Burtnick - Not so far away but there is additional guitar work over laying done by stevie salas which isnt available on the song only in the film.

  • watch the matrix first then this

    it breaks ya heart

  • what do you mean?

  • well reves is like full cereal in matrix and in this hes a fucking retard.

  • "minor oedipal complex"?

  • @Murmedon an oedipus complex is when you want to have sex with your mother-figure, generally at the expense of your father-figure. I think that's the idea

  • @derek96720 i thought it wa to possess or something. Well thats what wikipedi said

  • Makes me laugh that no1 freaks out when they see a real gun being fired

  • most exellent dude ps party on dudes

  • There's one serious flaw in the movie: Beethoven's hearing have deteriorated so much that it has to be after he wrote Eroica, by which time he hated Napoleon. He would never have accepted to share a phone booth with him.

  • @Sirion123

So out of all the questions of time-traveling, kidnapping historical figures, and all around lack of concern for physics, the thing that doesn't seem realistic is Beethoven's tolerance for Napoleon?

  • Exactly. I'm glad you got that right.

  • Not really, Beethoven was a musican not a political figure and besides what makes you think he passes Napoleon, I can't stand Ziggy Piggy either.

  • I first saw this movie a month ago, I was thinking the EXACT same thing! Because Beethoven hated his rolemodel, Napoleon, when Napoleon became the Emperor of France; so he scratched the name out of all his songs.

  • lol look at Keanu Reeves

  • most triumphant

  • "party on dudes!!!!"

  • @Guitarbro221 pARTY oN dUDES!

  • I saw this movie when I was 7 or 8. To this day I still love this movie. WILD STALLIONS RULE!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @dosequiju

  • @dosequiju

Geez, dude, it's Wyld Stallyns. You're obviously not a fan.

  • its neo!!!! and consantine! and...the guy from the day the earth stood still!!!! thats ted!

  • u mean keanu reeves?

  • I only got this film today on the:

    15/1/10

  • "philosophisor" lmao

  • what they say at the end?

  • We want more!

  • keanu is so cute in here

  • one of the most excellent movies ever!!

  • 4:32-4:40

    hahahaha i laughed so hard!

"i dont think it's gonna work..."

    "no?! *destroys whole set-up*"

    hahahahah!

  • its better then our generation everybody will remember the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's. but nobody will remember our generation 20 years from now... we live in a blank generation.

  • Now go cut your wrists. :P just kidding, but that is what you sound like.

Are you kidding me? the 2000's have brought upon us the longest war in American history, the most large scale attack on America ever. The death of Saddam Hussein. The greatest economic collapse since the great depression. The First half-black President of the United States. So many milestones bad or good in such a short amount of time. This generation will be remembered for the rest of time to come.

  • @DrPoon im not talking about war & politics im talking about movies & music I find that movies, music were way better in those years.... and fuck cutting my wrist i ain't no fucking emo.

  • Well you got the emo joke :D

I guess music would be more of an opinion than a point. I disagree with you but eh, atleast the 80's can claim Jackson.

  • @DrPoon LOL YEAH OK.... The 80's didn't suck dude it was just the american music scene that sucked because thats all the bands did was dress like girls. Canada\Europe didn't have to do that because they know what heavy metals all about and Americans stole so much from Europes\Canada's music scene. your the emo you always bring it up like if its all you know.. hell I bet you are one.

  • 'the longest war in American history' *ahem* Vietnam anyone?

  • it was a "police action" as stated in the records

    what a bunch of lies

  • Your a total idiot. No one will remember the 2000's? Yea like people will forget the huge advancements in pretty much every technology. The internet, cell phones, music.

  • I ain't talking about technology u idiot I'm talking about music learn how to read.

  • Well sir, I don't feel like going through the comments to find which one of yours I responded to. Regardless, fuck you.

  • I am sure many of the other generations felt the same when they were in the midst of it. Yes, fashion (and perhaps music)- wise we have hardly made up anything that is "originally 00s" because we borrow everything from previous generations' fashion (music), which is a shame, really.

But surely the 00s will be remembered, and personally I think future generations will think that 00s were more special than, say, the 90s. Because the 00s were FILLED with moments that will go down in history.

  • Mostly comedic. ;)

  • the 1st song playing in the backround is called walk away by bricklin. its on the soundtrack. if u can find it?
