This is a feather or "shag cut", the way David Bowie wore it made it his signature style as persona Ziggy Stardust. Shag hairstyles were all the rage in the 70s . David Cassidy wore one , Rod Stewart, each made them their own by tweeking them, shags are also layered all over and layered in back,,,,. A mullet is actually not a shag, A Mullet is layered on top and sides, but less layering and more one length in the back. On a Mullet the sides do not blend in with the back. .

Allow me to answer that. When Bowie was 15 he got into a fight with his friend George Underwood. He, wearing a ring on his finger, punched Bowie in his left eye. The perminatly dilated pupil is a result from a operation where doctors attempted to repair his potentally blinded eye but the could not repair it fully so he is scarred with a perminantly dialated pupil.

But, it makes him a cult classic dont cha think? :P

Lo so che to grow up significa crescere, ho detto allevare perchè Mickey Mouse "ha cresciuto" una mucca suona male nel contesto della frase, quindi ha cresciuto in questo caso è inteso per ha allevato...
