im from paraguay i have been living in florida usa for 4 years now it feels like a lifetime... even tho florida is nice with the beaches and all paraguay has a certain charm that cant compare, maybe because its my country but tourist really seem to like it there too, except for the crime rate you really have to watch your back but you get used to it just dont flash money in people faces and you are gonna be ok lol.. other than criminals i guess people are really nice and theres good looking ppl

mmm imaginaba esta ciudad muy diferente, no se como que esperaba algo similar a Buenos Aires o Montevideo, pero parece que es muy distinto, no tiene el porte primermundista de las otras dos. parece mas el norte de Brasil.

Asuncion tiene sus encantos como TODO Paraguay, la gente de alli, son secos, apagados y mal-educados, pidiendo informacion en las calles dificilmente encuentres ayuda, la noche en la ciudad es un peligro mortal, porque es una de las ciudades con mas prostitutas y travestis del pais, sin olvidar los asaltantes y caballos locos, el transito ni te cuento, y los baches entonces ? OMG' Ninguém merece !

@gabrilucaz en el Paraguay si hay maleducados, secos y todo lo otro es por un motivo, antes de la triple alianza el paraguay era el único país sin deudas externas, no avía pobreza ni nada de lo demás, pero como no podían dejar así nos hicieron una guerra muy injusta donde nos sacaron todo en especial brasil pero no lo culpo de ello, y todo eso mas que nos siguen robando los países de primer mundo en especial usa, y ni sucediera eso Paraguay iba a ser unos de los países mas desarrollados imbe.

@gabrilucaz Asunción como todo Paraguay tiene su encanto. La gente de alli es muy agradable y hospitalaria, la noche en la ciudad es bellísima con mucha vida por la calle, muchos bares, restaurantes para divertirse. Merece la pena conocerlo.

I understand what you mean. I don't think the "First World - Third World" system is very accurate either. I mean, Paraguay is quite poor but it still doesn't compare to Africa or some parts of SE Asia.

Thats not true mate, i agree that few people know about Paraguay, Ecuador, Bolivia, Surinam, etc, but other south american countries like Peru, Colombia or Venezuela are also well known around the world.
