yes, you can layer as many copies of the clip as you want to get a 'longer' blur or effect

tbh you dont need pro because most of the effects are on express, if not you can easily google and download the effects

thats not true. You can make the sin city one color effect in final cut express.

actually, you can just chroma key out the red, and then reverse the keying. It only looks good if all of the other colors are contrasting to a bright red, though.

how do you delete audio from a clip?

you have to lock the video (the lock button is on the right side of the timeline) and then select the audio and delete

I know the quality is not very good at the end where i play the video, but trust me it looks like the part in the Matrix where Neo does fast punching.
