@IcecreamFire100 Dude, Shang Tsung looks awesome in Deadly Alliance. In MK1 he looked cool and scary as hell but it was downhill from there. In MK2 he looked laughable, not cool or sorcerer-like at all. Then in MK3 he looked gay, how can you take a man who wears makeup seriously. MKDA finally brought his dignity back. Looks like a pirate? Why? Cause of his beard?!? Its not like hes got an eyepatch. He looks nothing like a pirate.

Well it's because of a curse. He was destined to die young but then he found a way to stay alive, and that is to absorb souls. By the way, he is old in one other as well, but I can't remember the game, maybe deception?
