hi, after practice, I managed to do FADC U1 or U2, with both forward dash and back dash, but no matter how hard I try, I can't get how to walk forward a short distance then U1 or super, can you teach me the correct input for that? thanks a lot.

Due to the input leniency of SF4, you have a brief moment where you can step forward. For example, you db (charge), f, db, uf + k(kk) for the super/ultra. When you press the forward, instead of immediately going back to db, you can keep f pressed for like a very brief moment which causes Guile to step forward a step.

dude, thanks a lot!!! it really helped! so there is no fadc involved in this technique after all, that's where i got stuck with. by taking your advice, now my walking-to-super/U1 work like a charm! guile players, let's kick some butts.

yeah how does the back dash version go? I prefer that, especially if in a corner...

So instead of going forward from up-back, you let the stick go to neutral and then you hit back (this will cause you to backdash) and then you hit forward, back, forward + PPP to get U2 out.

It takes a bit of practice to get the BD version out.... but with the new nerfs in AE, not sure if this still works.

Due to the leniency of the SF4 engine, if you quickly go to neutral and then back, it will not negate the charge. You need to go to neutral because you need a back, back for the backdash to register and if you slide from ub to b, that only counts as one back.

I don't know, I try the back dash and then do it but the thing never comes out, always the spinning back knuckle or an ex sonic boom.

my movement was db,ub, fadc, back, back, forward, back+ppp

still doesnt work.

The toughest part is from going to ub to neutral to b again... it doesn't feel natural, but it's the only way lol.

nice guide. i was trying this on a pad but cudnt get it to work. i got the flash kick fadc part done, but cudnt get the sonic hurricane to come out

The tvc stick is just for demonstration purposes right? Unless you modded it to work with 360/PS3

nice tutorial, but can this done on pad? it's hard to accurately do clean back forward forward back forward + 3P on pad, any suggestion?

@Damianz2nd There's a video showing the inputs done on a pad somewhere that I've seen. As for doing it more cleanly, I think either use the tip of your thumb for input, or just train your thumb to be more accurate? I used to play pad so I know how annoying it can be to get correct inputs lol.

Backdashing after FADC is safer and overall better to use.

It's also harder to do. I haven't been able to do BD > U2 consistently yet though. Either way, FK > U2 on reaction isn't easy either. I can't see a practical  use of this =P

and btw one question, is it combo easy during matches or not, because there is certain pressure during match and person cant take out such combos, do u think person can do this as Ryu does his own, because i havent seen Geom doing this combo in any fight except Training mode.

How easy a combo comes out depends on your muscle memory. In terms of practicality, don't expect to use this combo every fight. Instead, use it as surprise factor (i.e. wake up FK... BUT DON'T USE WAKE UP FKS ALL THE TIME). The second part is to hit confirming the FK... that depends entirely on your reactions. I've seen Dagger_G do this combo in a fight (that gdlk person him).

@Angelboyaqua IMO, you're better off getting muscle memory down to do FK with ub charge, so when your FK trades, you can tag Sonic Hurricane on afterwards.

Yeah, I know he can do it with a backdash. I (think) I know the commands for it, but I can't pull it off consistently. (shhhhh). I can't even do a normal backdash to U2 consistently.
