I just got turned onto Takemitsu as a classical guitarist myself, and his arrangements and compositions are unbelievable. I have never heard a guitar approached that way

agree with you that it s the best arrangement. Once upon a time, i listened to it in a guitar collection disc, after listen to this version, i have had tried to find the score for it, but till now, i still cant find it.
