i can't seem to find video that you're referring to at the start of this one(the one about setting up your hard drive). i really like your vids, so if you could reply with a link then thank you :)
Dear lensiphone- Your presets are not permanently lost. Presets can be stored at the catalog level or within your user account. I bet that your old presets are still there at the user account level waiting for you to copy them all into the appropriate folders at the catalog level. On the Mac look for your old presets in your User account > Library > Application Support > Adobe > Lightroom folder. For Windows go Documents and Settings/[username]/Application Data/Adobe/Lightroom folder
DO NOT RESET YOUR PRESETS IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BUILD YOUR OWN!!!!!!
I followed his video and reset the Presets and I lost all the presets that I had created. It's probably a caution that David should verbalize before he instructs viewers to take that action.
Hee, nice video! I thought maybe for the viewers that don't have Lightroom 3 already I have made a video about noise reduction, I have also included the full adobe photoshop lightroom 3 download 4 Free.
