The reason, aside from the money, that evangelicals don’t care about the environment, global warming, long term ground water contamination, is that they believe Jesus is coming soon. So what does it matter if humans destroy the world of the future for short term profit, for the world has no future. Think about it: Evangelicals destroying the world today that your children and grand children will need to live in.
