ok i i have been doing p90x since december but i only can manage 30 mins at a time ive been sticking with the first 3 week program for 3 months but not been doing it every day and had week off here and their,but now i am serious i am gonna start the classic week 4 this week and just go on from their i wanna bee ripped gotta try motivate myself but when i cant complete sets i get frustrated ?
I will be honest, i am that guy thats starts swinging and uses unnecessarily heavy weights, but like u said I lose my form, and I usually get injured.
