  • Ha...its "communication breakdown" not excommunication breakdown...or is that some more french humour? zut alor! i think "excommunication breakdown" was what they played when catholic priests were defrocked, no?

  • @glueforall A little Catholic humor lol :D

  • @worldwidekillerz well, i like it!

  • EVERYONE !!!

    WATCH BONZOS "LEFT " HAND @ 2:14

omg THIS is my favorite footage OF ALL TIME !!!! OMG !

  • This is some of the best live footage I have ever seen of Led Zeppelin live, what with all the good profile views of the band, I love this video.

  • John Bonham is a little sloppy compared to 1973 were he was in his perfected style of playing the monster kit.

  • @zep4141 Don't you think he was a little sloppy after 1973 though? in my opinion he was at his best until 1970-1971; After that though his Moby Dick drum solo sort of ran its course.

  • 11:44 That guy really gets it. I love this.

  • this dead audience didnt khow that they were in the presence of the greatest band in human history

  • doesnt that announcer look and sound like craig ferguson lol

  • That was really awesome. Thanks for posting.

  • Am I the only one to notice and enjoy the seemingly extra and excessive amount of distortion coming out of Page's gear??????????

  • If you can't spell or even put a proper sentence together, please stay off of a written forum. It just shows how incomplete your brain is. Music fans back then were shocked by hard rock...that's why sometimes they didn't jump and down and bang their heads every second. Besides anyone can enjoy great music without physically reacting to it. Anyone who doesn't think Jimmy Page was a genius is just ignorant. Bonham was the essence of hard rock drumming....NOBODY felt it the way he did.

  • Oh, I used to have hair like Jimmy Page and a 1960 Les Paul too! :-) Sadly I no longer have either. :-(

  • @Muso57 what the hell happened to the guitar?

  • I used to have a tie dyed t-shirt like that!

  • Bonham reminds me of Animal (the Muppet) xD !!

  • @drapesmatchrug Animal was supposed to be Moon, but Bonham works too :)

  • This is a must for Bonham fans thanks very rare

  • In the immortal words of Marty McFly: "I know that didn't seem like much to you, but your kids will love it."

  • Dear Horrible Audience: Please squeeze butt tightly as you exit the building so as to carry out your stick with you.

  • excommunication breakdown lmao

  • Early punk rock people

  • @generatrix999 not quite, in fact the opposite, people

  • NOT ALL OF THE SONGS HE DID THAT HE FUCKED UP ON ONLY LIKE 50 PERCENT

  • its not john bottom or robert plant or the bass player whats his name its jimmy page that sucks live ,what the fuck is wrong with you ,I am not saying whos the best STICK TO THE FUCKING MATERIAL JIMMY PAGE

  • @tomakethousands you clearly have NO idea what music actually is.

its called improv and zep were the best in the world at it

  • no there is music first the way it was written stick to the material ,then there is fucking off improve play guitar

  • improvises like a child, jimmy hendrix, improvises like a guitar player jimmy page just didnt care,if you put a secong guitar player in for jimmy page in like 1974 1975,to play the fast complicated leads for zepplin and let jimmy play the slower songs, jimmy page is great musican, songwriter, but a terrible live player,on many many songs, half and half,he was awful terrible at live aid

  • can jimmy play any of his songs live from beginning to end with no mistakes?or not go into another song?

  • @tomakethousands Well if you mean by "mistakes" not playing it exactly as it is on the record - the answer is no since he improvises quite freely.

  • @streetparade improvises quite freeely no he fucks up big time freely, great songwriter, musician, the song since Ive been loving you in THE SONG REMAINS THE SAME IS AWSOME JIMMY PAGE IMPROVED OVER THE YEARS ,JIMMY PAGE IS A GREAT GUITAR PLAYER ON SLOWER SONGS MELODY SONGS ......

  • @tomakethousands yeah, it's just too bad he penned some of the most memorable rock songs of our lifetime. So he fucked up a little here and there. I've read a lot of your comments. Your opinion isn't really wanted here. We're Led Zeppelin fans

  • @slipyourhips O ya I am a led zepplin fan to but good perfomances ,that goes for all bands

  • led zepplin should tour without jimmy page,o like plant has donr for years because jimmy page sucke,o he is great music writer studio musician ,he is just awful live

  • ok what the fuck is this more zepplin live gabage

  • @tomakethousands Your spelling is garbage. Bring it out to the curb so the garbagemen can pick it up.

  • @worldwidekillerz guy or girl I now love you for that

  • @TheDonfanucci2454 I'm a guy...

  • @tomakethousands what the fuck is wrong with you?? Stop being such a kid and doing the chart of who's the best ? hendrix or page or clapton, etc ,etc. Jimmy Page was kinda sloppy in the late 70's but listen to the bootlegs and gigs from '73 north america tour. 69 tours bootlegs and etc. this performance is a proof of it too , Look those high notes from robert voice , the drumming power and energy, the bass every note perfect, and jimmy jamming at the best !! dont be so stupid kid. Fuck Off!!

  • @tomakethousands They did a great cover of.... "Fresh Garbage"

    by Psychadelic outfit Spirit

  • @tomakethousands ok What the fuck is this, another ignorant retard showing us his stupidity!

  • Is John Bonham Fcking talented or what. Unreal. Watch him twirl the sticks and bash the hell out of it early in the video. What a beast

  • yes,thank you!

  • My ex sisiter in laws husband has those whitee drum sets! Lucky shit!!

  • 2:15 - 2:17....OMFG

  • @desperatleyseekingap its as though his left hand is independent of the rest of his body. He is amazing .

  • Is it just me, or does Communication Breakdown (not from rehearsal) contain alternate angles!? :D

  • @LZProjects Don't know, I got this off a DVD but it's probably the same.

  • @worldwidekillerz probably...

  • @LZProjects I think it does and the guitar isn't as loud on this one but I could be wrong.

  • *Communication* Breakdown

  • @KeilGries You know what a joke is, right?

  • i wonder what was going through the heads of that orchestra while page was playing his bowtar

  • What's the rare part? I've seen the rehearsal footage way before this video...

  • @LedZepfilm Nobody here has ever actually uploaded the rehearsal footage. Just like with the "Physical Graffiti Jam" NOBODY includes the chatter before!

  • @worldwidekillerz Isn't the rehearsal video in the related videos column?

  • It's really too bad there wasn't a camera behind Bonham at EVERY show. One handed drum fill? Forgetaboutit.

  • @doughnutbreath he was out of this fucking world!!

  • early time ! Jimmmy !!!

  • thats funny how the guy in red is high out of his mind while there playing lol the guy in the peep hole thingy lmao priceless

  • its a bummer that the video didnt have the beginning of dazed and confused

  • @PEZDEL123 Ja Dazed And Confused is shortened here a bit, probably to keep costs down.

  • @worldwidekillerz what do you mean keep costs down?

  • @PEZDEL123 Could have been a fairly low budget channel filming. Who knows?

  • Nice video!!!!

  • @evangelionale You're welcome dude, YT must have literally taken all fucking night to successfully aprove. And I could have swore it was deleted/aborted too. This is a miracle video folks as far as I can tell.
