  • Best source of protein is in fruit & leafy salad greens. That's pretty much all I eat. I've never felt better or fitter. Yesterday I did 100 press-ups, that's better than I've done since I was 19 years old, I'm 45 now. We need fuel. As long as we eat food in its natural state then forget about protein, its a smoke screen. Forget fat too, that's one way to put out your fire! When I worried about protein and fat, I had chronic fatigue, IBS & depression. These are history now I run on rocket fuel.
