In the Netherlands girandolas can't be bought legally. Home-made girandolas are also prohibited. It's not legal to make your own fireworks here, if you get caught with home-made fireworks, you'll be prosecuted or get a huge fine...

That's called a girandola, this one was a whistling version with Ti for a nice long tail. You can buy small consumer ones but big ones you have to make. This size you can buy from some 1.3g distributors but they are not very common because nobody really uses them at public displays. They are really cool though and I try to build one any time I have a club shoot to go to.
