I simply love this game. What bugs me is that i can beat the game only with noob/rain by spamming their ghost/water ball moves. After the first two or three fights the cpu anticipates every move I do even if i catch them offguard: if i jump punch/kick them they run and vertical jumpkick and stop me. If I run to them to start a combo they will grab / combo me first no matter how fast I am. If i take distance and attack with ranged moves they avoid them and reach me and force me to the wall...

@DDRUTOU when you fill the aggressor up all the way then your attacks do much more damage than normal. and you have a shadowy figure which is pretty cool. If you can do combos pretty well then you can use aggressor to your advantage.

Amazingly it was said that MK3 was the worst in the series. But it quickly became the standard for how future MK games would be made. From Sprites to gameplay, it was the best version

I liked Daniel Pesina as Johnny Cage. He is a master at three martial arts , and his motion capture for MK1+MK2 was incredible. The "new" actor for Cage is only an actor and not a martial artist ; his kicks and punching animations look stupid.

OMG what is that supposed to mean? Stryker gives you a 4 hit combo for around 24% dmg, and your jump punch and a single hit in the face deals 19%???? In MK 3 a three hit combo never did more than 11% damage and you deal 19% with 2 hits? Unballanced bullshit.

But hell yeah, this is definitely the best MK game. It has 2D interface, 2 different fatalities, animality, friendship, babality, the most selectable characters in a 2D interface MK game, has by far the best combos (Beats the shit out of the slow stuff from later on), and running which most fighting games don't have for some reason, but it adds a whole new element to the game.
