  • What is that on the boiler backhead...coffee pots???

Love the tower shots...yep, looks like he was trying to line one signal before taking another down....that's why it's called an interlocking plant!!

    First rate!

  • @choirboyfromhell1 Tea-billys. The railway ran on tea.

  • This is an awesome video, i really hope that they get to East Grinstead as I think it will bring more people to the railway. I think that The Bluebell Railway has the best collection of SR locomotives in the country, my fave being Stepney,

Keep up the amazing work it was wonderful to watch

    kind regrads, Thorpedo619

  • 5:24......goes for something he shouldn't LOL

  • why do you guys where those rags aroubd your hands when your switching the tracks/signals?

  • Its mainly tradition, but it helps keep the brass handles clean.

  • @steamnutter why are they going backwards?

  • @iLaEs69 Their is no turntables or they don't have time to turn it around it makes no difference anyway as they only go a max 25mph

  • @iLaEs69 Bluebell is a Single Line with no truntables. Locomotives must run around the trains for the return trip

  • Used throughout the country, standard supply lever cloths. The levers rust if you touch them and leave them also your hands get black otherwise
