@MajorZgameing If I say Pork and and Beans, then Beans is the latter word in that sentence. If you have a younger brother then he is the latter brother, he came along later. It means moden day saints I suppose, I'm not a Mormon, just a teacher

@1994moviebuff I don't know what the creators mean by the words I just know the definitions. I think it means enjoy life while it's here and worry about death later but thats my opinion

@1994moviebuff It's kind of a play on words since they are of the Church of Latter Day Saints so they make a point of saying latter instead of later or another day.

Every time my family asks about me there is always a condesending/sympathetic tone to their voice as if I'm recovering in the hospital or something. Totally diff from when a friend calls me and says how are ya?

When people say religion is good for families... its not! Its an absolute social divide when u leave the church. Its like when I left the church I left my family... I'm alone because of this organization that scams people out of money for membership to a social club and there are some times when I've wondered if I went back to church and faked it if I would see my parents love return to the unconditional love I had as a child instead of the conditional/guarded/judgemental kind that I feel now.

Its crappy that I can totally relate. My whole family is mormon and it hurts me to know that my family's delusion is more important to them then me. I'm real and my parents will never be really proud of me, my family will always judge me because they have an imaginary friend that says I'm a sinner. My mom always says 'no empty chairs' talking about in heaven and I know they really think my chair will be empty. Its like I'm gone to them but its more important that I be in that chair in 'heaven'.

@699backstab Ok, I'm not religious but I strongly disagree. It does a lot of good for a lot of people. Also if you listen to more of these songs you'll notice that this play isn't saying religion is wonderful all the time. It's about how religion can help people if not taken literally (see making things up again). In fact, in one song it says "Fuck you god"
