Yes, doing that in the World Latin semifinal is juvenile in my opinion. There are so many other things they could do that would be far more productive in the sense of telling a story of a partnership.

Also, lol at your "if you criticize them that means you must dance better" argument, which is pretty weak to begin with. What, do you seriously think all of the judges that judged that competition have danced better than all of those dancers?

I have to stand by grifhinx and araiki on this. It was an intro ok not really anything, it was there to get them going with there jive and to show some personality and I think it was really fun to watch. Just imagine trying to smile and have fun and keep it up like that after how many rounds of dancing, which is the whole idea of the jive being the last as a sort of difficulty and stamina margin for the couples
