1) soak a cottin ball of fresh lemon juice

2) get about a tb of organic or brown sugar

3 pu the brown sugar on the soaked cotton ball and rub on your face this will lightley lighten up your skin.( pailer ) But not white this will just very lightley lighten up the skin! Hope this helps!! it worked for me and i have very untallerint skin!!

It may seem great to tan in a tanning bed, but tanning beds cause extra hair growth. Tanning in the sun does not cause as much hair growth as tanning beds. I have talked to professionals and they have given me this information. This video actually looks pretty good. I would never solely use a tanning bed to get a tan. MIX!!!

1) At approximately 1:35 they said that a sun burn causes damage to the skin cells, but what do you think a tan is?  Tan skin is also damaged skin cells that is what produces the color. Not only does tanning cause wrinkles and sun spots as you age but can cause skin cancer. 2) There is NO SUCH THING as a base tan, it doesn't work. 3)Using tanning beds, even a few times, can increase your risk of getting skin cancer by as much as 75% 4) If you have to tan please use fake tanning products!!!

@josephga Yes, tanning can be dangerous. Burning however increases your chance of sunburning. Tanning in a salon, I dunno I've never done it and probably never will, I don't like the idea of huge blue lights giving me a tan.. However, if you use enough sun screen and take proper measures while tanning, your chances on skin cancer decreases.

Anyway, nowadays everything can give you cancer.. I'm not going to let that stop me enjoying life!
