  • gosh, i just love babies, they are so adorable~~~~~

  • Very educational and da baby is a good sport

  • the things that were missing in this video are auscultation, femoral pulses, radial pulses, ortolani/barlow manouevre, simple palmar creases, (two testes) and if 6 weeks old pull the hands and the baby should show head control.

  • @temporaryaccount83 This video was made for a specific purpose and these elements of the exam were not wanted for our purpose.

  • Next semester, it's all about peds and OB for me. CANT WAIT :)

  • This bab'y going to be a doctor. That's for sure. :-)

  • wow the cutest baby ever and most cooperative. what a good sport lol

  • Thx for uploading the vedio..... It was of gr8 help!!

  • FYI: We no longer use rectal thermometers in newborns. Evidence based practice.

  • OMG that baby is the cutest thing eveeeeeer ... by the way tnx it's very helpful

  • Very informative vid

  • Thank you! Very helpful!

  • very great video but why u didnt comment about any dysmorphic features

  • Yes, this video was made specifically for training for an external exam by low level health providers and therefore does not include auscultation.

  • @jrgutma Just wondered who else would be doing this type of exam if not a nurse or nursing student? (the CNAs/techs?) Good video, very helpful

  • Great video, thanks! However you left out auscultation of the newborns heart........
