GFR song made to sound like Cactus, and goes a little "Blue Cheer-sy" at the end. Personally, I'm surprised Lenny Kravitz didn't do the 're-make" first, considering he's the one who's got the "heavy/funk" thing going on.
glad to see younger bands doing some of the great non mainstream rock.disturbed,saliva ,kill switch,five finger death punch,monster magnet. would like to see one of them do grand funks aimless lady.
just got this song off "Law Abiding Citizen" i think its really good. they should post a new video with better sound quality, this one is muffled and not very good.
man this song is very good live rock and roll the only problem is that as I am 12 years old I'll probably have to live without listening to a rock without providing these videos and CDs from bands I love old rock
i had the Tape before it was ever available on CD, only one store ever had the tape here, now that stores long gone, and it took years for this to get printed on CD, or at least no one here wanted to carry this album. In Austin Texas this was an EXTREEMLY rare tape! It was the best!
The motherfuckin Space Lord kills this song! Hail Monster Magnet!

Franks Zappa promoted these guys and got them there start. To bad they went bubblegum towards the end of their career.

It's Youtube man, don't expect high quality stuff. I can reupload it in lossless, it will still sound shitty.
Heuh999 2 years ago
@Heuh999
Besides, ultra clear high-fi has never really been MM's trademark sound in the firstplace.

@Heuh999 anyway i don't remember this album having extremely great quality of sound

MrBluesy91 2 years ago 4
You're completely right, that reunion without him is pointless
Heuh999 2 years ago
@MrBluesy91 I also agree, Grand Funk should change their name to something else. Without Mark Farner it's just not GFR.

Good musicianship...I like the change ups, it rocks! Adding cowbell can only improve the way the world rotates...
Of course the voice of Mark Farner is impossible to duplicate and that is all that's missing here.
Very cool!
