If you want musical clarity... I hope you know your scales and such. I won't go into depth but I know well enough knowledge that'll get me into college. I have actually been playing since I was in my freshman year (3 years ago) I didn't get into the knowledge til about... 2 years ago? yeah sounds right so I continued to study so... That's why I think Bullet for my valentine sucks.

@NahaleGuitar im a musician too, play guitar,drums,piano and bass,and i know about musical theory, bullet for my valentine is easy stuff (in terms of musical theory) yes they are,do they play fast yes do they always use 4/4 yes,so yes bullet songs arent masterpieces but never forget that music is made to express feelings.

and bullet do a great job in that.

MY TIP IS:Do not judge music by its speed or complexity (haha im not sure if complexity is a word xD) judge music by the feelings it express

You have some good taste in bands, but just because you don't like Bullet, doesn't mean other people can't. Music is subjective, not everyone has to like what you like. I don't like bullet much either, but you don't hear me complaining about it. (I was looking up RR1 videos as the wait for mine in the mail is getting difficult, lol.)

@NahaleGuitar they're not black metal tho? they're metalcore, i dont see any traits of black metal in there. Black Metal consists of shrieking vocals which i dont think Matt Tuck or Jay did and other things which i cant be fucked to name. This song does have a lot of grunting / screaming in, so i guess it could be seen as screamo, but its not. a "musician" such as yourself would have reconized this. keep in mind that im just a 14 year old kid who knows a fair amount about music, not a "musician"

@epicfailha You don't get my point dude... I used to like these guys before I even started playing which was roughly 4-5 years ago. All I hear from these guys is aprx. 180bpm solos and such. The melody I used to hear in these guys are officially gone because I started listening to true music such as necrophagist, megadeth, black dahlia murder. Classical performers such as beethoven, frederic chopin, bach, and liszt. Jazz performers such as Pearl jango and santana. I listen to more metal though

i wish people would realize that this isn't the matt tuck signature, the sig doesn't have a floyd rose, has black bevels, 22 frets, no locking nuts, reverse headstock, the head stock should be WHITE to match the guitar, has locking tuners, string thru body, and EMG active pick ups not single coiled. if i'm not mistaken this just an RR1, PLEASE STOP ACTING LIKE THE DAMN THING IS A MATT TUCK SIGNATURE
