  • hey im doing the same thing can you pm me some pictures of how you connected the throttle up?

  • slowest piece of shit iv ever seen waste of your life to take the time to build

  • @biglarryhasahairy wheres videos of your golf cart?

  • what rear end does it have?

  • @MRSWAGCLEANER stock yamaha G9 rear end with welded diff gears

  • @TroyM4x4 ok cool thanks im getting a 2005 yfz450 rear end for my melex with a suzuki 650 motor in it making it street legal

  • @MRSWAGCLEANER Your going to make a golf cart street legal? The only places in Canada and US that i think they are legal to drive on roads is in gated communitys.

  • @TroyM4x4 no just regularly on the rodes not in any gated community

  • @MRSWAGCLEANER good luck with that.I think its going to be more difficult than you think , that is if your actually serious. Unless your a mechanical engineer and have lots of money i wouldn't attempt it.

  • @TroyM4x4 Actually in a lot of places all you need is lights, horn, speedo with odometer, mirrors and seat belts.

  • @JcXtreme72 what places are these? and what country?

  • @TroyM4x4 Utah, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, Florida and some parts of California I know of for sure.

  • @JcXtreme72 really eh? I dont think its legal anywhere here in Canada. That would be pretty cool though rippin a cart legally down the road

  • @TroyM4x4 I have a few carts here and there we take them to the gas station all the time. In fact last St. Patricks day we took our limo cart and filled it completely with packs of beer. I actually ended up running a red light and the pic made it on the news. They couldn't ID us so it's all good.

  • @JcXtreme72 right on that sounds pretty fun. The red light picture musta been hilarious

  • does it have front suspension

  • how bout mr willson mowing while dennis the menis was filming

  • eliminate the gear box, will go way faster.

  • @whatsdare -thats great but i like to have reverse. its a golf cart not a race car. besides , it doesnt even have that engine in it anymore. im rockin another briggs v twin. 3rd briggs for this kart.

  • How did you go about welding the rear end so that wheels spin? Thanks.

  • so what happened with you and the pigs?

  • nice sound of that!

  • thumbs up if u think it looked like walle

  • @GfxForYou -how about thumbs down. its Cloverdale. where are you from?

  • @TroyM4x4 Lmfao i just said tht cuz in the back on the engine the two things tht were blinkin looked like WALLE or something. hahaa wow u woudl thumbs down. ur koool.

  • convert it to four wheel drive:) i'm sure you could figure out how. lol

  • HAHAHAHAAHAH i guess the neighbors and the pigs like the playground being used as a test corse . HAHAHAHAH nice job . T bag

  • whats that thing geared at? im making mine about 2.40:1

  • @Gillie021 it is stock gearing. i think the yamaha rear ends are 13:1 in forward and 14:1 in reverse, plus the CVT belt drive

  • because the snowmobile clutch is wider than the golf cart belt. the cart belt is about 5/16'' narrower so it takes that much more rpm for the clutch to engage the belt.

the engine is out and ive had 2 other engines in it since this one already. currently has a 16 horse briggs v twin with a blown connecting rod

  • @TroyM4x4 : Put different weights in the clutch so it engages sooner. Also, I would NOT run it without an air filter...

  • Why does that CVT take so long to engage? I mean it cant go slow. You need to adjust the weights.

  • at 0:29 i think ur craft is trying to tell u somthing... "hint, hint; batting her eyelashes at u"

  • its the best thing you can do if you want to go offroad.

its easy to do, split the rear case halves, take the ring gear off and split the diff and then preheat, then weld the spider gears to the side gears, then wrap in a welding blanket and let slow cool until its room temperature so it doesnt hot crack.

  • How is it with the rear end welded? I'm thinking about it is it worth it?

  • thanks for watching. but wheres your videos?

  • worst camera man ever

  • buy it?? whats the fun in that. i built everything myself. thanks for watching!

  • did you by that lift kit or build it

  • i'd roll that for sure, awesome dude. you should take it out wheeling with us

  • shyt lol lets go golfing
