Middletown, NY, has never had snow before? The report doesn't even have any content beyond "hey, it's snowing." And yet it lasts two full minutes. What a waste of air time. Such is the state of local news. There are things that people should know about, and yet the local media wastes time on crap. "Hey, it's snowing!" "Hey, there was a car accident!"
