Thank you sir for the information about this Schip. You did fail to voice your outrage about who's being taxed to death and paying for this Schip. We smokers that's who. Only smokers. Coming this April we are going to be slapped with a 2000% tax hike on our little vice. Only on the backs of smokers. where's the rage and where is the outcry. I don't think any segment of the population of this country has ever been hit so hard with that much tax increase.

This SCHIP program is doomed to fail... that is unless you care enough to smoke.
Also, as a legal consumer of tobacco, SCHIP will never see a penny from me. Just like my liberal state hasn't seen a tobacco tax penny from me to fund their "government funded" health care. Judging from the complete and total disaster of my state's cigarette tax funded health care... I'm not the only one!
On top of this, Obama wants $75 MILLION appropriation for smoking cessation.

Hey, all you santimonious non-smokers. The SCHIP expansion does not tax Big Tobacco. It taxes the smoker.
SCHIP needs two million new smokers to fund this program because there just aren't enough of us now to do it. So give us a hand. Light up!

The SCHIP expansion is heavily funded by increased Federal tobacco tax.
Congress NEEDS, WANTS and apparently ENCOURAGES Americans to smoke cigarettes.
Buy a carton today - whether you smoke or not - it's the most patriotic act an American in this day and age can do.
If you don't smoke - you hate children
