  • How about that harpsichord! ....that is not a piano. I've been looking & looking for this 'cause I forgot which song it was - whew! that is amazing!

  • SO great to see this again, thank you...

  • ONE OF MY FAVOURITE SONGS EVER!!!!

  • long life LEGEND

  • im glad you never borrowed any money from me 'yesterday' if your memory is that bad!

it was not 'sunday night at the palladium'

it was as stated the 'royal variety performance' live on the beeb.

    great song.

  • i remember this lile yesterday...i was overwhelmed when played on tv. it was a big deal at the time.

the show was called "Sunday Night at the Palladium" with host Jimmy Tarbuck.

it was one of those programs that was a weekly must see every week (along with Gloria Hunningford's "Sunday, Sunday")

    thanks for uploading this version

  • That's the brilliant Eric Stewart on acoustic guitar

  • whether without sax or with sax the music is still beautiful....what matters most is the arrangement and the lyrics that made the song one of the best of paul mccartney...

  • The single version without the sax is much better. The sax ruins an incredible song.

  • @bluecrabs08 You are mistaken...twice!

1.It IS the single version with the sax.

2.The single version is much better thna the album version. Actually , it is still Önly Love Remains" , so just let it be.

    I love this song!

  • In this video beatles had been apart for 16 years....unbelivebel !!

  • I always liked this song but never saw this live performance of it, thanks for sharing!

  • : D
