Islam is not fascism nor does it promote it, fascism is a secular concept and has no place in an Islamic society.

You may point to groups such as the Taliban for your reference, but they are not truly Islamic in practice, only in name. In a true Islamic State all are given fairness and equality regardless of race, gender, or status; all religions are respected and all views are tolerated.
