Lynette wanted to know if she could do anything to help Mary Alice with her distress. Mary Alice said to enjoy this beautiful day, we get so few. Because there really was nothing Lynette could do but enjoy each moment of her life. Becasue we get so few of them. I know it sounds crazy, but 3 days before this episode aired, I dreamt of my best friend who had died a few months earlier. My dream was very similar to this episode. When I saw the episode, I just broke out in tears.
