OMG that was so funny....I had the biggest grin on my face through the whole video! For someone who has claimed he can't dance, David did a really good job. And for someone who has claimed in the past he was "rockin' the pooch", I'd say that's certainly not the case anymore (and hasn't been for a while)!! Love the goofy side of David :)

There were 2 "green man" appearances -- the first, during GRO, was David. The second, during David's set, was a GRO guy who apparently decided to return the favor. There is general agreement from people there that it WAS David the first time, and there are vids from near the end of the show (banter about Grammy sign) in which David says he would accept a Grammy for Best Green Man Dance. Just search YT for vids from this show and you'll find several convincing pieces of evidence. What a hoot!

And there are several instances in this vid that prove it is David. Many mannerisms are the same and you can tell just by the body that it's him. I don't get why it's so hard for people to believe that it actually is him.

That's it! The umbrella Mavid (and I was there in Charlotte when he did that one, too!) Plus there are several moves reminiscent of other Mavid dances. The kicker is the 2:02 crouch and the "come on" gesture with the LEFT hand. I was there in the 2nd row, it WAS David. As self-conscious of his body as David seems to be (always tugging at his shirt hem) I am so surprised that he did that willingly. And after the green lycra matador outfit I would think he'd never go near that stuff again!

It IS David. He pretty much admitted it during his set when he took a bow for the Green Man. Also after the show when he was out signing autographs, someone asked him if it was him & he said "I'll never tell" in such a way that you know it was him. Also my friend sitting next to me got a zoomed in close-up shot of his face and you can clearly make out the outline of his beard & mustache. And before the show a friend of ours saw David out behind the stage practicing the dance moves!

Yes, that was him. The singer for GRO even identified him late in the video. Besides, just look at the body. That's definitely him. And I do find it funny. I think it's just one more piece of evidence of his wonderful sense of humor and his willingness to put himself out there to entertain. He loves being silly and doing goofy things, and I love him even more for doing those things. He's always said he's just a goof, and this proves it.
