The way I see it vats is a necessity. The accuracy is so frickin bad in this game, especially in 3rd person, that it takes forever to kill someone without it. Besides, who doesn't like watching someones limbs fly through the air in slow motion when you throw a grenade?

VATS is a crutch (As in the more ya use it the more ya suck without it -- sometimes) But its fun to use either way. I love when the camera follows the bullet and then BOOM HEAD SHOT! + bloody mess

Don't listen to them. Dude seriously you almost have to use VATS with that 10mm. I can't aim very well either unless I have a sniper rifle or something with a scope. But on my evil file straight out of the Vault, I rigged the bomb, went to Tenpenny Tower, blew up Megaton then went straight to Operation Anchorage. Yeah all before level 3.

Nice video. It's interesting seeing how several different people on YouTube dealt with the Burke-Megaton situation. One VATs trick; when you aim at their head and then go into VATs, as soon as you come out sometimes you can fire quickly and get a free headshot out of it.
