  • Thank you so much! I am most definetly buying this! awesome video!

  • He is a Physical Therapist, therefore an expert in biomechanics. He is not an exercise physiologist or a registered dietician. I've looked over his videos and like some of the novel exercises, but his nutrition and supplement info BS. Specifically, he has a mixture of supplements. It's well known in the literature that caffeine inhibit the beneficial effects of creatine, but he has them both in his preworkout supplement mixture.

  • i got a few questions about the program

.what is the technical support like?

.is there a person /place i can go to if i want to acheive a goal once i done the program?

.is it easy to personalise to a individual with a fairly busy schedual?

.does the diet cost much, will i have to go out of my way to get the food?

.if i wanted to keep myself explosive would i be able to?

    soz about the spelling lol

  • is athlean-x for loseing weight or for muscle gain?? i way 340 lbs.. i want too get down too 240.. will athlean-x work for me??

  • @theUFCfan101 Its both simultaneous actually man its a good program

  • @theUFCfan101 yea athlean-x is for gaining muscle and burning fat. its a win win type work out. but my guess is you will have to stick with it longer than 90 days to drop 100 pounds. especially if you want to keep it off.

  • @theUFCfan101 1 lb of fat = 3500 calories, therefore 100 lbs = 350,000 calories. Assuming your starting weight of 340 lbs never changes, you would burn 6750 calories/marathon (26.2 miles). You would have to run the equivalent of 52 marathons to lose 100 lbs. (actually less since as your starting weight decreases you'll burn less calories).

  • how in the hell do return a bunch of pdf's?

  • Hah this is good thanks!!

  • This video is exactly what i was looking for! Now I just have to convince my mom to buy it for me! :D

  • I have the program lying in front of me as I am watching this... I am going to the gym in 10 minutes to start my first week with Athlean - X

    Wish me luck! ;)

  • @Jakobguldager

How are you going with it?

  • @Jakobguldager How was it? :)

  • wkd review, defo need to buy this :D

  • Excellent review. I was wondering if the workout schedule was full-body workouts or if it was a split routine. Your review helped me see that the routines are divided into a split routine of Upper, Lower and conditioning. Thanks.

  • 1 hour and a half every single day, 7 days a week? what a liar :)

  • i bought the program and i have adobe reader and i still cannot open the pdf files....???????

  • Athlean x IS amazing I agree. But to be fair p90x is Not an "hour and a half 7 days a week" there is ONE workout that is an hour and a half while most fall between 45 mins to an hour. It's 6 days a week with the 7th day optional. And that is a stretch workout. You should be more fair in you comparison. I would agree Athlean X is better but don't miss lead others about p90x. P90x includes long warm ups that can be skipped bringing workouts down to 40-45 mins. Jeff is a smart dude with great work

  • can you please send me a copy of it im to young to work and i cant get money from anyone israeltle95@hotmail(dot)com

  • excellent review thx 4 ur time

  • Confused. So u have to do your warm up sets then the workout or just Start on the first workout and go for it ?

  • I have completed and repeated the Athleanx program several times, as well as the free washboard Wednesday routine on YouTube. I have also integrated the athleanx target nuclear training dvd's into my routine as well, and I can honestly say that I'm in the best shape of my life. Still scheptical? Try out some of the free athleanx workouts on YouTube.

  • I really like this program. The reason why I didn't like p90x is because it was all home based and you needed the video to do the exercises. With this program, all you need are the files, you go to the gym (in my case, during lunch at work), and do the workouts. The workouts are between 30-40 minutes and my muscles really feel like they are being worked. Definitely worth the money. So far, I am on my 3rd week and already see my abs forming. I can't wait to see my results after 3 months.

  • I'm not sure if Jeff appreciates you showing all of his stuff on the open web...

  • what the hell you cant compare p90x to athlean-x/ p90x is just a few circuit workouts (FOR FEMALES)

  • @THErickuss ooohhhhh lol

  • So, athlean X has no video in them? just a lot of pdfs?

  • @kwii88 The program itself doesn't have videos - but Jeff posts videos and tidbits all the time that correlate with that he's talking about in the program. Thats what I like about his product - he's willing to help and show people things without them buying his product. He seems like a real genuine guy.

  • could you explain to me how this "ebook" works? i don't understand it..

  • @cck317 It's essentially a PDF file - all an eBook is is just a collection of pages, that are on your computer - its, exactly like a book.
