@brisdenTV The fundamental flaw is it doesn't sound remotely like a Duran Duran album. it sounds exactly like a Timbaland album and last I checked, nobody wants to buy a Duran album, crack it open, and find a Timbaland album instead.

@harleydoo72 I don't think you quite understood. I love Duran, anybody who knows me can tell you this, probably while rolling their eyes over it. I don't love generic Timbaland beats, which is a lot of what RCM is. Producers are import and and the guys basically got kicked off their own album by an unbending and moronic producer which I don't take kindly to.

How does a beautiful song like, "Out of My Mind" (for instance) get so overlooked, because the Goo Goo Dolls came up with.."I Just Want You to Know Who I Am" If you've seen that "Behind the Music" episode..I think that's what Warren was speaking of. Anyway, I love Leopard, it's one of my favorites from the whole catalog. But then I've always preferred the artsier Duran, what can I say, I'm a Nick girl.

The problem is Duran Duran has come out with so much music that they kind of outplayed themselves and got caught up in this pre-packaged generation of music where the standards of quality are not what they were in the generations before.

The Duran Duran I know died in about 1993. Right around the time good music died.

Unfortunately, I think Kashmir love is using "gay" as a synonym for "bad". Seems to be popular these days. Probably Kashmir is a young teen, and doesn't understand what great music Duran Duran has made over the years.

Love it. Very professional and entertaining. Find myself coming back again and again to watch. Good work to all involved. It was fetching and artistic and you kept it simple. You've got to love the ways that these english lads keep reinventing themselves. Kudos to all these top artists and producers who stumble over each other to work with D2. Learn from the best and you'll have a thirty year-plus career to look forward to as well.
