  • Tres beau lanceur!! Soyouz est magnifique et un bruit au decollage tres sympa.

  • looks like red alert

  • better than peice of shit american rockets

  • What fuel does it use?

  • @deathrooster14 If im not mistaken it a liquid oxygen with liquid hydrogen with some oxidizer.

  • @Sahllem YEa looked it up a while ago. Thanks though.

  • @deathrooster14 Liquid oxygen & kerosene.

  • I wish I could see one of these launches in person!

  • If only we would have made the Saturn V better...

  • @deathrooster14 لثوار لايعرفون لغة التراجع ويُقاومون عساكر الإحتلال بكل شجاعة

  • @MrNishi I'm sorry, I don't understand Arabic.

  • Soyuz is the most beautiful rocket ever built. It just looks like a rocket should, form and function.

  • @finid I think the soyuz is a beautiful vehicle as well. It has no rivals.

  • so where exactly are the cosmonauts sitting? On top of the rocket? Is this what later returns to earth as a capsule?

  • @btq28

Soyuz capsule is located inside that white nose cone.

  • @MokomaSusi Can u tell me how does the capsule works? how does it movies in space? like the Space Shuttle has thrust engines with Wings and Alerons to move around, but how does the space capsule move left and right in the space? is there a thrust engine on the capsule?

  • Absolutely beautiful....

  • 300 tonn ! 50 мeters!

  • I love that color pinkish coming out from that rocket engine. I can tell that it's very reliable.

  • But stil the best working rocket today..

  • @HmsSulaco Yeah, that basic design has been refined for 50 years -what you're seeing these days is a pretty low cost, highly reliable rocket...almost reminds me of how the basic frame of a B-52 has remained unchanged yet has been constantly retrofitted with modern technology as technology progresses

  • Is this rocket about the same size as the apollo saturn 5 rokets?

  • No, the Saturn V rocket was over twice the size of the Soyuz FG, length wise.

  • Headed right for downtown Manhattan.

    Tee hee.

Everybody has (conveniently) forgotten that thousands of these, nuclear-tipped surprise packages, remain aimed at one another. Hi China! Hi Israel! Hello Pakistan! Easy there, Uncle Sam!

(A belated 'Thanks' to Wehrner von Braun)

  • Wow that was awsome.I really love that engine sound
