I would like to report here the extensive review by Paul Starr, entitled "The Manichean World of Tim Wu" in the American Prospect.

What are the reasons that constructive public debates and exchanges between such leading and public intellectuals and scientists like Tim Wu and Paul Starr are so rare.

It fundamentally important that such healthy excahnges revive again, for the benefit of education the public. Social media today provide a unique tool for this.
