Third Day (this is my opinion) is the best Christian band of today. Amazing voices, fantastic songs with great music and lyrics that are touching and make me cry (for a good reason) every time i hear them. Their songs have changed me and molded me. They have made me want to be a better Christian and spread the word. Thanks to Third Day, I now want to be a missionary and spread the word of God my whole life. I truly love Third Day

Then when i got older he started having sexual acts toward me. i was on the move from home to home since i was 10 years. Even some of the fosters home i was in where mean to me. when i turn 18 i got with a man and done everything from drugs to drinking. when i was 21 i smoked a joint that almost killed me. had real bad panic attacks for like 5yrs.
I saw Third day live over the summer and when i first heard this amazing music it gave me chills. I started to listen to the lyrics and they made me fall on my knees and talk to god (not literally because there was absoulutly no room at the consert.) but as i got home i found myself on my knees at the foot of my bed praying. "lift up your face, salvation is calling" These lyrics are what i try to live buy every day. Thank you third day.

@sehgray sadly the truth is that won't happen...Satan has to use media and advertising to lure people, getting people to Christian videos is up to the Holy Spirit, either through us or something on a persons heart that draws them to listen

Our triune God is sooooo much bigger than Satan... we have a father who loves us, his son who died for us while we were yet sinners, and a Holy Spirit to guide us.... they are the "something on a peron's heart" Heard a story of someone who waited 22 yrs. to see her father come to Christ... 36h before he passed. We have an amazing God.
Half of the reason that I don't usually listen to Christian music is because I don't like the music itself. I was flipping through stations last night though and this song called out to me! Wonderful song! It was ironic because I was just questioning some things in my life just before I found it. Had to change it after the song was over though because the aweful stuff they usually play on christian stations came on afterwards..

I like Skillet (Awake and Alive) and Thousand Foot Crutch isn't bad. I've always liked Jars of Clay (Flood). Honest truth is the harder the better for me (not that JOC is hard), but I can appreciate songs like the ones you referred to.

i.. i am only 11 and i have had a hard life .. in 2008 my uncle shot himself and ever since then , i have not been the same . last year my friend brought me to the harvest crusade and that changed me . i went down to the stage and cryed and prayed my heart out and i gave my life to god!! god can not be tempted on tempted by his own evil but he is not evil !! we are his best creation !! i love god

@MsCookiemonster19999 While I am considerably older than you, I'm 34, I know what that is like. I lost my uncle when I was 7. He was a sheriff's deputy, and he lost control of his cruiser, struck a utility pole & was thrown through the windshield, into a field. The LORD does use situations like that to shape your character. I must say, I have tried to spend as much time I as can in the lives of my nieces and nephews as a result of it.

I have no question as to whether God is real or not, as some do. He is. @MsCookiemonster19999 I know the feeling. I just turned 30 and have beaten the odds my entire life. I was taken from my mother when I was 3. My dad left before I was born. I was raised in Foster Care until the age of 21. Believe me when I say that I have stared the devil in the face and walked away. To this day I have trouble dealing with my past. With the help of God, and fellow Christians, I find that its getting easier. God Bless You. Stay in the Word always :)

He was a sheriff's deputy, and he lost control of his cruiser, struck a utility pole & was thrown through the windshield, into a field. The LORD does use situations like that to shape your character. I must say, I have tried to spend as much time I as can in the lives of my nieces and nephews as a result of it.
