Yes, John this was a liberating vid and piece of wisdom.

I remember 2 yrs ago saying something in an email to Kathie Walters, about being initmidated by people talking about gotta go on long extended fasts and other 'disciplines' - and she sent me an email saying "You don't have to do anything - God knows where you are!" I took that to also mean that Holy Spirit is in charge of such things, and will let you know when He requires it etc.

WORSHIP WORSHIP WORSHIP - especially the "I Love You Jesus' songs - but also the high praising Him songs that can get your feet movin' and arms aswingin' - and also try get together regularly with some like-minded people to do this - but do it for an hour not jsut ten minutes Yeah - Depression get off, in Jesus' name!
