I got a 45 in team snipers and I never crouch in sniper battles: it simply ruines your strafe. Also a good tip is to try to no-scope your first shot and then zoom in; it takes time to zoom in. And what I always try to do is to jump just when I run out of ammo and reload (1 time jump)
