  • Ofcourse...

    Weird part of youtube.. again.

  • That's an awful a lot of time and effort for something that takes only a minute. Definitely wouldn't recommend it if you absolutely don't need to use it, but that's just me.

  • WTF?!

  • faites votre avortement vous même avec des aiguilles à tricoter !

  • WHen does this all start?

  • uther known as masterbating

  • wtf is shit !!!!!!!!!!

  • It will Hurt IF you don't relax. I never have pap smear but was being set up for one in few month. I'm only a 26 virgin but me being ill for few year is worth it to make sure. Scary but I hope it don't hurt either

  • hahahaha

  • Perverts I'd never let a strange man touch m Down under over my dead body !

  • wtf??

  • ..What did I just watch?

  • did the guy who make this animatin get horny?

  • hehe Canada rockz free health care although pap smears ARE JUST PLAIN UNCOMFORTABLE!

  • ..Wtf.

    No.

    No.

    No.

No one should ever do this.

The comfort level of a PAP is incredibly low, and can hurt. A woman would do this to herself wrong, due to fear and pain

  • @superchristian102 jeez Imust be pretty brave then. my doctor has me do my own with my own speculum:) it does not hurt and my BF helps. never made a mistake yet. Also we do menstrual extraction on a regular basis. this CAN hurt at times but worth it.

  • @grettagrids

    ...Oh dear lord.

I could never stuck those tools inside of myself. I had enough of an issue with a cream I needed to insert via stick for a yeast infection.

  • @superchristian102 I have no choice unfortunately:( it's either do the ME or get a hysterectomy. Not a surgery I want. The ME does help so I bite my lip ands bear with it. I have endometrial fyperplasia which even my abaltion did not cure. My doc has instructed us to do these to avoid further health issues so at least I have my docotrs guidance. And now I have percocet and take two before the procedure:) any procedure done with the uterus just plain HURTS:(

  • @grettagrids

Well, I, thankfully, have a choice. Frankly, I'd rather not watch, or put into myself, any large, cold, metal objects. If I had a girlfriend do it for me, I'd be terrified to let her touch me again. I'm all for being able to save one's own life, but I'm not sure I trust myself enough with those dangerous tools

  • I'll pass on the home pap test..I would be paranoid about making a mistake

  • that made me feel uneasy, watchin that, i dont think i cud handle that

  • masterbate.

  • Can doctors sedate you for a pap smear? I've had two attempts before and it was painful!

  • AmelieYvette,

Wasteful because doctors instead of nurses perform these exams? It might be because we'd rather have trained doctors do the exams so that they can have a better chance of catching any abnormalities.

And you don't pay a penny? Really? How much of your tax money goes towards paying for it? Do you even know what percentage of your income is taken from you by your government?

How about you educate yourself a bit before posting your dumb comments on here?

    Just a thought!

  • @runawaybean

You don't need a doctor to do the exam. Nurses do it just fine. All they have to do is scrape a few cells off you. The NHS contribution comes out of National Insurance contirbutions and not the tax. NI isn't nearly as much as tax in one year and it is a small portion of that on NHS.

I've had quite alot of medical treatment lately and I do know that paying NI contribtuitons is WAY cheaper than me paying for it upfront.

How about you educate yourself, you stupid prick.

  • englisch it´s silly

  • @Y2R4U

    i'Lold

  • Leave it to the professionals, IT'S THEIR JOB!!!!!

Nurses and doctors must undergo extensive training in the testing procedure, and any instrument used needs to perform the test is properly and needs to be maintained and its quality monitored.

Doing it yourself isn't the same.

  • I do ALL my own tests and bring it to a lab:) who the HELL can afford a doctor if not needed??? Besides I own a medical supply company and can get any test which my DR is OK with.

  • @grettagrids

Why do you question how people can afford a doctor and then say you get everything free anyway. Bit hypocritical.

I live in the UK and the NHS (which you're all so critical of on your side of the Atlantic) provides me with quality medical care without charging me a penny :-)

Your medical care system is extremely wasteful too: what the hell do you need a doctor to do the above test for? In the UK, nurses do them.

  • @AmelieYvette Becuz the DRs and healthcare system in the USA totally SUCK! It's not as good as the UK and they only care if you can pay them or not. I truely HATE the USA. So yea, I agree with you. Too bad I wasn't born in the UK I wouldn't HAVE to do my own tests:(

  • @grettagrids

That's awful. To have to resort to that becasue you can't afford healthcare :(

  • OMG that is totally disgusting. My grandmother lived to be 88 and she NEVER had a pap smear or a mamogram. Oh silly me she ate organic food out of the garden, drank pure water, worked hard and wasn't bombarded with vaccines, flouride, pharmaceuticals, aspartame, high fructose corn syrup, chemicals in our food supply, CHEMTRAILS, etc., etc.

  • @vaccinationnation

Your grandmother clearly had a sex life though or you would not be here. Cervical cancer is mainly caused by the HPV virus which is picked up via sexual intercourse.

Eating well isn't gonig to stop you getting a virus from someone else!

  • what if i need to go pee while the pap smear?

  • AAHAHAHAHAHAH , mate ur an ediot ,but

  • you sir are my hero

  • STUPID, leave it to your doctor!

  • right... looks quite complicated... sometimes embarrasness must be overwhelmed...

  • I have a female gyno. It doesnt hurt and if you have a female doctor or nurse doing the exam, you may feel more comfortable

  • C'mon people leave it to the professionals please!!

How inconveniencing is it to take an hour out of your day!

    It does NOT hurt!!!!!!

    It takes literally 5 seconds!

Your doctor is a professional and you shouldn't be embarrassed! Everyone has to get a pap even your mom!!

  • I have heard three pap smears ( my Gyn did all of them) so far; I have never had any problems save for a little discomfort. It takes like 3 minutes and voila............. you are done!!

  • taremwad,

How about any face, mental, or shame "problem" ?

  • none whatsoever!

  • i had my first pap last month..it wasnt bad

  • my doc is mean she doesnt care about privacy and i think its important i get it done but does she have to lift it so high for peoeple to see me down there?!

  • So.. can this be done when you're a virgin or when you lose it?, because that thing just scares me...

  • People are so freaking paranoid about nudity. This is why people are having the problems with this type of screening. Chances are they have an imbalance in the nervous system. This can occur with a traumatic birth or an accident of some sort afterward s. Atlas on top of spine is the most unstable bone in the body. When it moves it will disrupt brain to body communication much like carpal tunnel syndrome in the wrist. Only a U, C, S can determine if an adjustment is necessary. It is painless.

  • I'm having mine wednesday. I'm super scared and after watching this I regret losing my virginity last month...

  • i just dont want to go there. my friend is holding herself for 3 years she is jut scared like i am

  • It hurts no matter what.

  • join "women against stirrups" group on yahoo and/or Against GYN Exams group on facebook

  • @Cassandracutie18 why against gyne exams??? if it had not been for a pap smear I would be very sick right now with CLAP.

  • I can't wait til my first pap smear :) :) :)

  • lol.

  • 'Specially for virgins, intravaginal tests (including pap smear) are often painful if , females, don't relax its pelvic floor muscles. But, it's something that has to be done for detecting many types of STDs and infections.

  • Comment removed

  • Its our choice if we choose not to have that done respect our choices. Our bodies are better than what the OB/GYN industry does to them

  • @Cassandracutie18 and how would you suggest I take care of my endometrial hyperplasia other then the ablation they have done, hormones and menstrual extraction???? I DO NOT want a hysterectomy or uterine cancer. I'd have to say I disagree with your statements. YOUR choice not to have paps and other tests of course but don't push your views on the rest of us!!

  • Comment removed

  • I hope they make this available soon. My first (and LAST) pap test made me bleed heavy enough I had to use a tampon. :(

  • What happens when you go to have a pap test? Do they really, you know, look at your lower body part???

  • @fairydustpink89 Me too, me too. lol

  • Puttytat12 your comment makes no sense your 18 and never had one....thats because your to young to have one just now. your clean....clean from what? a smear test detects pre-cancer cells and allows doctors to treat them before they turn into cancer it has nothing to do with being clean. If you chose to never have one done i hope you never have to face cervical cancer.

  • @mcintyre08 YES!! finally someone on here that makes sense! THANK YOU! these tests have saved lives.

  • And this is done in privacy so you don't have to worry about some freaky doctor staring at you're woman's crotch as someone mentioned.

yea, I'm a guy and i honestly have no clue how i found this video i was looking for halo

  • lmao, freaky ,fun and healthy. Oh come on don't act like the same thing didn't cross you're mind the first time you saw this video.

but just make make an intelligent mark, yes Pap smears are important in diagnosing cancer. trust me later down the road when it becomes terminal you'll wish you had it done sooner.

  • A pap smear can save your life don't be an ignorant!!!

  • There is an incredible amount of ignorance and naivety being posted here. I would ask that before people post comments in the format of Puttytat12 and StraightRazor, you do some research.

A PAP smear can save a life and the rest of the world is not like pampered US life.

  • Then have her find another doctors who is a female, her health is more important then judgment.

  • your fuckin ignorant

  • Q: What would cause an inflamed sur vicks? my sister was told today hers is and she's not sexualy active.Won't know the results just yet.

     THANK U 4 YR REPLIE

    THANKS 4 YR REPLIE

  • @Dourdandepp cervicitis,STDs,Yeast infections, cancer and vaginal baterial infections(as well as HPV) can ALL cause an inflamed cervix.

  • Why does this make my balls hurt?

  • Poor Of Women..

  • Doesn't hurt.. a little uncomfortable for a minute or so, but then it's fine.

  • you mean nasty shit ? lol true

  • it doesn't hurt for me and i think maybe the doctor did it too hard...

  • nasy shit

  • I done pap test, it hurts me for a while, but i'm use to it.

  • me gustaria q enseñaran a una mujer del area ruraleste metodo tan complicado, por la barrera cultural, no sirve, en las mujeres pobres, q son las q mueren por cancer cervicouterino

  • damn, that shit hurts... one of the downgrades of being a woman. (guys, consider yourselves lucky bastards)

  • Stay in school kiddo.

  • what is this??

  • i like this. i like this a lot.

i'm going in for my first papsmear and i really, really, really don't want to. it will be awkward and it will take forever. if i could do it myself at home, i'd be much more up for getting it done.

  • OMG!! awsome

  • tickle, tickle ,tickle

    connie fells tickleish

    oucch ,ouch, ouch

    tickle ticlke tickle

    pain, pain, pain

  • That brush looks like it tickles. I'm glad I'm a guy because that thing gave me chills.

  • Tickles? TICKLES? Yeah, be glad you're a dude.

  • It freaking hurts... not tickle...

  • i just had a pap smear at the doctor's office and OMFG it HURT! this seems easier and less painful than getting it done at the doctors x__x

  • It hurted ........ damn

  • muy invasivo

  • indeed.

  • womens reason to masterbate now lol

  • I was not aware of that. It is hard to be a woman.

  • I need to puke now...

  • it looks like a space ship... "Spock, lock the ring into place." "Capture of the cervix is ensured!"

  • lmfao!!!!!!!!!

  • what if u cant reach cervix with your fingaz?

  • why did somebody insist on me watchin this?

not like ill be needin it any time soon

    lol

reminds me of white chiks tho

    "DR PHIL!"

    haha

  • Yes it's quite real. It's really not that big. It very slim and smooth. This PAP solution certainly won't be the right option for everyone. There are women outside of America without access to proper facilities. This is an attempt to bridge the gap if you will.

The rest of the world is not like America folks.

  • how in the whole world can you shove that up your vagina its like hella big.

  • Is this for real? Seems not only a lot of trouble than worth, looks potentially dangerous if someone does not do each step right.

  • screw that lol..ill go to the doctors where the know what they are doing lol

  • O____________________o WHO CAN GET ALL OF THAT UP THERE? o-o jeeeesh baggy vag is baggy T-T

at home or not it just seems really impossible.

  • well this is kinda gross!

I'm not gonna do that crap! I'll just stick with the pain & discomfort at the OBGYN where tools used are STERILE! Your hands aren't sterile. this is kinda gross.

  • neither are your boyfriends

  • Ohhhh SNAP

  • lmfao

  • Niiiiiiice.

  • you can use gloves, too, can't you?

  • huh?

  • This leaves a lot of room for error. You could start using it and as a result don't know if something is abnormal because you haven't been to a doctor. It could be inserted too far, or not enough, causing injury or affecting the results. Plus those instructions made me nauseous.

  • how much?

  • I don't know..looks very complicated. Knowing me, I would have to go to the doctor anyway!! lol

  • Although I would love to have this instead of "bearing down" for someone I don't know, this is ignoring the fact that cervial exsames also inspect the outer area of the vagina, which no person, except a doctor will know how to do.

  • Does it hurt to go to the gyno...and does it hurt to get a pap smear?

  • no.

  • it does not hurt u but it is uncomfturbale...

  • nope some women actully have orgasms when the have a smear. it's almost like wearing a really big tampon, or a vagina massage

  • @MariposaGirl1981 your right ;) GUILTY as charged. cervical procedures can do that too.

  • It doesn't hurt, but it's a bit weird knowing you have a guy at your cooch, fingering your ass and vag and so on.

  • Wow! If this come famous. I dont have 2 go 2 my Gyn Dr. Which im fear of getting a pap smear @ the drs office. 2 do it by myself. I probaly more comftore of doing it.

  • hope comes out soon

  • sound complicated :S

  • That sounds much better than the real thing. I hope that the idea takes!
