  • Iran has no rights, period, until it matches the amount of resources the U.S puts into humanitarian aid.

U.S and its allies come first, everyone else can sit down and shut up.

  • Saddam had a secret nuclear program, OOPs. Even if they do have a bomb why should we care ? If Iran ever used it the response would be insane and a real bad day for them. It just doesn't make sense that they wouldn't already know this. It would be the suicide of an entire nation to utilize a Nuclear Weapon against Isreal, the backlash would be immediate and severe. Just doesn't seem realistic to assume they would be that stupid. Think for yourself don't let them think for you.

  • Dr. Muhammad Sahimi was my professor at USC , he is genious

  • pakistan has already given bombs to iran,,,it happened in 70's,,,usa russia knowing it then,,, france n china knowing,,,these are open secrets!!!!!!!!!! the final alliance of Pakistan-Iran-Afghanistan is the inevittable incident,,,just wait...!!!!!!!!!!

enough is enough,,,,the day usa attacks iran,, this will happen!!!

  • Bollocks.

  • All countries should be allowed to defend themselves. imagine if the USA did not have nukes. USA would be scrambling to get them no matter what the UN said.

  • Iran does not deserve nuclear bombs.

It will be in the wrong hands.

  • go back to school it will be better for your future because you,re a retardet red nec

  • Um...news flash...we don't buy refined petroleum from Iran. If we did, Exxon wouldn't get to gouge us by jacking up the price because it "costs them" that much to refine it. Of course, old people who watch Faux wouldn't know that, so they'd think their good senators were doing the United States of Jesus a favor.

In other news...since when does a country NOT have the right to have a nuclear program which passes inspection? I hate America's blatant willingness to ignore international law.

  • This moron just admits there building a nuclear program and bombs nice cover up there Iran we know you are so prepare for an attack!!!!!

  • who cares bout the nukes, i just want their OIL. black gold yippee.

    fuckin warmongers

  • lol caps lock is cruise control for cool.

  • So in other words, they realize if they go all the way all they'd get is the kind of arms race with Israel, Saudi Arabia and others that ended up bankrupting the Soviet Union. That actually makes sense as long as technically once you get to enrichment going the rest of the way could be done in time to acually deter in a crisis. I'm not so sure they'd be confident that's possible. The whole idea of nuclear deterrance without a nuclear arms race seems hard to pull off.

  • Iran should just drop out of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, and build itself some nukes. It clearly needs them to protect themselves. They are facing an existential threat from Israel and the US.

After all, not being in the NNPT, and having nukes is good enough for Israel, so it should be good enough for Iran....right?

  • Every country in the region who can afford a program jumps in. Then they're all in the situation of Pakistan and India. No one wins but heading that way makes sense if and only if you see an unavoidable coming existential threat. Just like the way the Europeans all thought before WWI. Now they're practically forming a super country together.

  • the prof said that Iran don't want to build a nuclear weapon because it doesn't want an arms race in the Middle East. Bush et al aren't smart enough to tell the international community, that Iran is trying to get the bomb. Iranian government is smart enough not to try something that stupid. The prof said that Iran wants to master the enrichment technique so that it can build a bomb, if it is threatened. They are not building it, but if threatened they would. In your face, Cheney!

  • Word. They should also stop participating in OPEC and sell exclusively to China so that 1) all UN Security Council resolutions against them will be blocked and 2) the US will refrain from mounting a full-scale invasion, as it will be unofficially known that China would come in and kick our asses out.

If they played hardball with us, we'd back off, because we and everyone else in the world knows that we're breaking international law by threatening them.

  • ColonialismIsEvil

You have clear signs of being as spinney as

    a shit-house rat.

  • Very well said!

  • FREE PALESTINE!

    SUPPORT THE G.I. Resistance

  • You wanna know what sticks in my mind as suspicious? 911.. as if it wasn't done by conspiratorial elements with the Bush admin being central to the demolition. As things go forward keep this singular event in the war and power game in mind. The only thing that is not fake is the people who are being destroyed for the benefit of the rich.

  • hypnofan35

The one important thing about this conspiracy

theory is that it was started by the Islamic movement.

    Do you honestly believe them?

  • i'm afraid i figured it out by myself. Just a few too many mountains of curious circumstances and coverups. A perfect example is how bldg. 7 disintegrated on that same day toward afternoon and how it was reported as being destroyed before it was destoyed. And despite the fact that GeorgeWad is a major bullshitter, he is not that good to make that lie seem seem real. No matter what's up the Islamic religion; it has nothing to do with how messed up the ongoing 911 conspiracy is.

  • ColonialismIsEvil

And you are nuttier than a fruitcake.

  • A country that threatens to use them should have none.

America and Israel both have threatened to us nuclear weapons/a tactical nuclear strike on iran.

By your illogic we should disarm ourselves.

It seems that your 2 suggestions are in line with the so far failed policy of the administration.

Way to think out of the box.

  • They weren't used on Japan to end a world war; they were used on Japan to show the Soviets, and the rest of the world the United States was willing to use them.

Your entire comment can apply just as easily to the United States as it does to Iran.

  • 1.your a fuckin fool

    2. your a sheep

Iran is a moderate, NON RADICAL, middle-class nation

    DONT BELIVE PROPAGANDA!

  • In my opinion, Iran`s threats to annhialate Israel has to be taken seriously.

As these threats continue it remains just a matter of time before Isreal is forced to take steps to remove this threat.

  • If you had been watching recent real news reports you would see that no such threats really exist except for some anti-zionist comments that Ahmadinejad made which were mistranslated. Besides, he doesn't even control Iran's foreign policy.

If I have missed something, please correct me.

  • terrorist threats by key figures are very considerable threats. do you have no brain?

  • yeah, must be my lack of a brain, reread my comment you ass : P

  • GirlyVoice

Threats, even if they came from a puppet leader such as Ahmadinejad have to be taken seriously because no attempt has been made to discredit him by his superiors.

  • But the threats weren't serious! At least that I have heard that he has done has criticized zionism.

  • GirlyVoice

Well, let`s hope that saner heads prevail and these idle threats don`t lead to a war.

  • You are talking bollocks. Ali Khamenei ( is he superior enough for you?) has repeatedly stated that Iran has no intention of launching any aggressive strike on any state. Clear enough for you? Or does "regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time" still sound like "wipe off the map" to you?

  • simply2ghetto

A threat in any language is still a threat, no matter the stature of the person who made it.

Ahmadinejad must carry some weight otherwise he would be told to shut the hell up by his superiors and we would not hear his threats again.

If Iran isn`t looking for a confrontation, Ahmadinejad wouldn`t be acting as he is now.

  • maurieer but that isnt a threat. If during the times of the USSR an american president said "the communist regime occupying moscow will vanish from the pages of time" sound like a threat?

you aren't exactly mr current affairs are you? Ahmadenijad is on his way out unless someone attacks iran. Ali Khamenei has many time reiterated iran's peaceful intentions. It will NOT wage an aggressive war. Name me the last country Iran attacked?

  • simply2ghetto;

""the communist regime occupying moscow will vanish from the pages of time""

No, this doesn`t sound like a threat because the regime(govt) and not the people were referred to.

    Anyway, i get your point.

    It could very-well have been a mis-translation.

  • why is that you say they threaten Israeli's all threats if you call them threats were against the Zionist that control the government of Israel not the people. I know there was a mistranslation of what Iran president said that a media and politics twisted to use for war propaganda what he really call for was a end to the corrupt government of Israel like the one we have here in the USA. I say here here

  • probably trying to provoke Iran to attack first
