  • @mattaxon27 actually that was Akureyri/BIAK airport @ 9:30

  • 2:49 look at Concorde taxing along there. :D

  • 5:40 and the climb is awesome

  • The View ist funtastic

  • all my respects to this bush pilots, they are the best and the most profesional in the industry who encouter so much and develope the best reaction skills.................................

  • The aircraft making the steep turn right after departure is a Metroliner and not the Fokker 50...

    Very cool shot...

  • yes it is a metroliner

  • what is metroliner?

  • now imagine a landing on this same rwy08 with 12knots crosswind in a Tomahawk in your Xcountry solo flight. I have almost shit on my pans :) For a tomahawk you only need 20 degree bank but this is a fokker so most defenetly 45 deg bank

  • scaryyyyyyyyyy landing damn

  • amazing!

  • man, that bank angel was steep! brilliant flying!

  • That approach into Ísafjörður is a scary bastard! where was it at 6:20? Is that Greenland?

  • At 7:30

  • Ísafjoður is in Iceland

  • 6:01 Bank angle anyone`?

  • i wouldn't know exactly, BUT it is most definitely way over 45 degrees...:S

  • if you look at the terrain you know why they are banking ;)

  • Does anyone own this DVD? I think this is a good promo video but perhaps you could say what you think of it / how it compares to other aviation DVDs?

  • nice

  • Wonderful video! Thanks for posting!

  • Nice Job Just planes as always, are you guys planing on doing any more Cockpit dvds on the 757-300?

  • Don't believe there is anything planned... Not a very common type...

  • just out of curiousity what other airlines fly the 753 besides What is now Delta, and Icelandair?

  • Arkia, Condor, Continental, DL/Northwest and Thomas Cook

  • what is le last airport? Awesome!

  • Isafjordur in NV-Iceland. BIIS

  • LMAO Good errr evening err, im the captain off errr this errr flight eeerrr LOL

  • Made me laugh too.

  • This was filmed before October 2003 as Concorde was on the move and just crossed Heathrows 27L.

    Thanks for Sharing! 5/5

  • what was the concord doing in the first landing?

  • standing ;)

    It always stands there ;)

Got the DVD, and really like it!

  • last one is sweet

  • Good errrr evening errrm, im the errr captain of errr this errrrr flight eeeerrrrr

  • nice=D

  • @Lew747

obvious English is not his first language.. don't be a fool

  • what was that airport on the last one?

  • BIIS Ísafjörður

  • Vaagar in the Faro Islands is the last airport on the vid.

  • On the clip here on youtube it is Ísafjördur in the north-west of Iceland. Order the DVD, the approach to Ísafjördur has to be done, on this particular day, below clouds, very low and close to the water. It´s always an adventure to fly there:-) On the DVD the last airport is Vaagar in the Faro Islands, which is a pain in the butt to fly into because of continuous bad weather, but very beautiful and spectacular in any case.

  • @Saab34O it was Akureyri Airport / BIAK dont know what the other guys were on about...

  • Love the last approach. What a beautiful approach!

  • Oh my God! Dangerous Approach the last one! xDDDDDDD Love love it!

That's what I wanna do in the future xD

  • damn, looking forward to working with icelandair in the future, best airline in the world

  • on 6:00 that's looks like a Metroliner to me rather than F-50

  • Indeed, there are 2 Sw.Metro flights on the DVD as well...

  • i think it is acctually

  • icelandair its one of the coolest airlines in the whole world, they are flying with santa barbara airlines with 767 300ER doing caracas madrid- caracas tenerife. i was working as a cabin crew with them and the pilots are SOOOOOOOO AMAZING! NICE VIDEO!

  • I'd been eagerly waiting for this to be re-released, and have already placed my order - thanks guys! Now, if you can only please re-release the Air Do 767-300ER DVD (Tokyo Haneda to FL410 in 14 minutes!), my life will be complete ... ;-))

  • lol, I like that geeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrr down.

  • that last approach was so cool. it reminded me of kai tak

  • nice video!

Question, what does the call out +100 mean? Was it that the a/c was 100 above its DA?

Also what airport is the last one??

  • That must be Ísafjörður Airport (ICAO-Code: BIIS)

  • its isafjordur (BIIS)

one of the most challenging approaches in iceland:P

  • It's a great video! I love this DVD!

  • That's a concorde at 2:48, isn't it? What year is this DVD made?

  • Just watched the full DVD tonight - fabulous! The copyright date is 2003, and there are Christmas decorations up in one of the scenes, so I think filming might have been around December 2002. The Concorde shown is operating flight BA001 (LHR-JFK), having just crossed Heathrow's runway 27L on its way to a 27R departure.

  • This video must be old, note: the concorde is still flying!

  • Very great Pilot`s !! 5*

  • thanks for posting :)

  • you guys make terrific movies.
