as a landlord i would be very upset. funny thing is tennants have more rights than we do.and what makes it worse is these people will rent another home.ive heard of families trashing 3 or 4 houses that they have rented and they were meant to be on the rental blacklist.
You said the mother was disabled, right? I think that paints a pretty clear picture for what happened here. Of course, I work for social services, so maybe I just have a different perspective.
