What Mr. Barone is asserting is that it is possible to be under the limit, but the results show you are over the legal limit. These tests are not infallible. This area of the law is very scientific. What if you swerved to hit a deer and the cop pulled you over, suspected you were drinking?

I mean, ive done it and i didnt screw up. and i only had like a 20 minute lesson on how to work it. but in a case like this, only certified lab technicians will carry out the analysis and rarely if ever will they fuck up something as simple as this
