@matijashero2012 yeah,really,WTF!?!?!? but I think I have a sollution(kinda),so:

1.right-click on the bottom of the screen and choose ''Start Task Manager''

2.go to ''Applications'' at the top left part of the window

3.right-click the program with which you want to upload the video and choose ''Go To Process'' at the bottom

4.right-click the highlighted text and go to ''Set Priority'' and choose whichever one you want(I usually go with high)

Check my channel, some videos more than 20 mins take up to 36 hours to upload, in South Africa. Everytime I have an upload I hope and pray my connection isn't interrupted. >.<

I don't download any software or anything else. I use Windows Movie Maker, it's really fast. Open up your video on Windows Movie Maker & then on the top right, there should be a TV that's called HD 1080p. Click on that and it will save your video somewhere. Then minimize the Windows Movie Maker and then go on YouTube. Upload the one that you saved, it'll go 100 times fast. It's going to take like 10 - 15mins.

BTW, the graphics will be awesome.=]
