The interior is hideous and what makes it look worse is that it doesn't match the exterior at all. The design team at Bugatti is just awful. They did an excellent job on the engineering side.

The bleu centenaire, and the other special editions .. for eg Sang Noir , Grandsport.. are in the 1.7 euro mark. They are brand new, also Bugatti had to add a lot of extra customization for customers. The standard veyron is £895.000 ..and thats without taxes.

Yeah, agree. Standard veyrons were selling as the price you mentioned. The newer ones are the ones i love the most, they may look same in shape and size, but there are extra fine details that just make it so much more nicer than the standard veyron. What do you reckon of the ultra rare Sang Bleu? - thats my fave :D . I think they are close to 250 now, with the target of 300 standard veyrons. Go for it..if you have the money that is lol

HAHA yeah if i have the money! About the Sang Bleu, its spectacular i have to say, like most of the special editions. I really like the Pur Sang and the Sang Noir. Really powerful editions in terms of style. As for purchasing it, once i said that the 2 main indicators that i have succeeded in my personal life (in the future) would be: driving a Veyron, or flying a fighter jet.

Since I won't be able to by one first hand, i can hope that some owner will sell it to me (extremely doubtful though)

How can you com-pair the SSC Ultimate Aero to the bugatti Veyron? The veyon just oozes stile quality and reliability.. And more luxury than any Cadillac on the road!../ Non of witch the SSC Ultimate Areo will ever have! And for the 3mph speed difference, you have to remember the Veyron still gets to its top speed of 253mph slightly quicker than the SSC can get to 253mph...

actually the SSC Ultimate Aero may be the fastest car in theory but it has never actually gone up to 257 mph, so no, the Bugatti is still the champion.

Right, seeing how SSC spent times to tweak their Ultimate Aero (seen the same car on Street 411, Jay Leno Garage), the car is not technically a production car otherwise tuned cars like Corvette Sledgehammer or 9ff GT9 will have to be taken in consideration. SSC Ultimate Aero is mostly comparable to Koeningsegg than Veyron.

The Aero has reached 257.41 MPH, but only on one leg of its top speed run. The two-leg average was 256.41 MPH, 3 MPH faster than the Veyron's 253.19. So, by top speed, the SSC wins. Plus, the SSC has a theoretical top speep of 274 MPH, with the correct gearing ratios.

But, I have yet to see anything to discuss how well the car handles. It's Shelby, so that bodes well for the car, but one never knows.

Be in mind the Ultimate Aero has no traction control, ABS and even power steering; in term of handling, it is a typical race car.
