what i did in this level i bunnyhopped backwards, placed a portal at the end

make another portal at the button

go halfway trough the portal and quickly press the button

done

nubSawace has a video on 1-stepping out of an elevator, however that depends on save/load and for Prelude challenge ladder it would border on cheating.

Also, this isn't a spoiler for me, cause I have no freaking clue what just happened.

Yeah, I never did fiddle around with the 1-stepping. I guess I could do that to get every single one of my scores down 1 step, but...naaaah, haha.

Yeah I don't think you can go lower than that... Jaso is at 4 steps as well. I can't ABH well enough to pull this off :D Nice job!

It's not really about the ABH, it's more about making sure you hold forward as soon as you shooot your portal looking directly downwards. Shoot the portal and when you start to fall, hold forward and crouch (if you press crouch at the wrong time you'll shoot your portal, start to fall through and then bounce back out and then fall back in). Just keep holding forward as you fall back through and shoot your next portal and still hold it until you need to turn around at the end to ABH.
