@awesomeismyname1000 a special phone... if you hold down any button for 3 seconds it calls 911 so the dog knows to just hold the phone until he hears the 911 response

@Caretakerla how do you know? Maybe they can, maybe dogs are not the only ones. Any animal can do it, if they're trained just like this dog.
